Why should you get to know Riverrunner?

Yes I have been on this site before and made some valued friends, yet that one special relationship eluded me. That was probably two years back now and I find myself traveling to remarkable places, experiencing wonderful things and being aware of an intrinsic sadness that there is no-one there to share it all with.

I believe in God, have a passion for the outdoors – the great Cathedrals of nature with their stain-glass windows of trees, and chose to go on adventures rather than holidays. I have an affinity for art and music, am an accomplished designer a good photographer and a lousy musician (if music be the food of love – be prepared for indigestion!). My advertising business demands long hours of work but I strive to retain the balance of time for family, fitness and friends. I believe implicitly that a sound relationship does not impose walls, but rather becomes a secure platform, (a safe haven if you like) from which both can fly even higher than they were wont before.

If I sometimes refer to myself as a Bohemian, it is because I am not defined by driving an expensive car or living in an exquisitely appointed mansion. Whilst I readily appreciate the finer things in life, I would sooner spend precious seconds appreciating some tiny manifestation of nature than I would, watch those seconds tick by on the face of a Rollex – I would sooner touch one persons soul with sincerity and joyous laughter than I would be feted by thousands for commercial achievement.

Lastly, I am not into long and protracted email conversations. I believe that through personal contact you learn infinitely more about someone than through long mail discussions, so if you think we have enough in common let's get together for one of those ubiquitous cups of coffee somewhere at your convenience.
